The Service does not require account registration, and it can be used fully in guest mode without providing any personal information.
The Service optionally offers social login (Google / Apple) so that learning data (points, records, level, ranking) can be synchronized across multiple devices. Social login is entirely optional; if you do not log in, no account information is collected.
When you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, authentication is performed through Google Firebase Authentication and the login provider (Google / Apple).
You may end the account link at any time from the account settings within the app ("Sign out from all devices"). This removes the link between your social account and your data; the data itself is kept, and guest use remains available afterward.
When you sign out from all devices or delete your account, the Service also attempts to revoke the app authorization granted to your Google or Apple account. If the revocation cannot be completed automatically, the app notifies you so that you can remove the app connection yourself in your provider's account settings.

The Service may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob.
These providers may collect advertising identifiers (iOS IDFA, Android AAID), device information, and usage data to deliver and measure advertisements.
The Service does not store advertising impression or click logs on its own servers.
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or the State of California (USA), the Service displays a consent form through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent for personalized advertising.
Users in the above regions may withdraw or change their consent at any time through:

Consent status is stored on the user's device by the Google UMP SDK and is not separately stored on the Service's servers.

Locally stored data is removed when the application is deleted.
Anonymous server data may be deleted after a certain retention period.
Account link information (the encrypted provider UID) is retained while the account remains linked, and is removed when you sign out from all devices or delete your account.
You may delete your account at any time from [Profile] > [Delete account] within the app. Unlinking your social account beforehand is not required.
The scope of deletion is determined by your sign-in state at the time of the request:
When you delete your account, it is immediately deactivated and cannot be used or restored. Signing in again with the same social account does not recover previous data.
Your social account link, push notification tokens, ranking entries, and device identifier are deleted.
Game records, points, and profile information are removed from the service and are no longer accessible or used.
Procedure
Information for which grounds for destruction have arisen, such as account deletion, is processed without delay by the methods below. It is not moved to a separate storage area beforehand.
Method
Users may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the application.
Users may delete their account and data directly within the app from [Profile] > [Delete account]; a separate request to the Company is not required.
Users may also request deletion of stored data by contacting the Company at support@koreanhikers.com. Such requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
If you have signed in with a social account, you may end the account link at any time from the account settings within the app ("Sign out from all devices"), which removes the link between your social account and your data while the data itself is kept.

게임 기록·포인트·프로필 정보는 서비스에서 배제되어 더 이상 조회·이용되지 않습니다.
파기 절차
탈퇴 등으로 파기 사유가 발생한 정보는 지체 없이 아래 방법에 따라 처리되며, 별도의 보관 영역으로 옮겨 두지 않습니다.
파기 방법
이용자는 언제든지 앱 삭제를 통해 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱 내 [프로필] > [탈퇴하기]에서 직접 계정과 데이터를 삭제할 수 있으며, 회사에 별도로 요청할 필요가 없습니다.
또한 support@koreanhikers.com 으로 저장된 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 접수 후 30일 이내에 처리합니다.
소셜 로그인으로 로그인한 경우, 앱 내 계정 설정의 "모든 기기에서 로그아웃"을 통해 언제든지 연결을 해제할 수 있으며, 이때 소셜 계정과 데이터 간의 연결만 제거되고 데이터 자체는 유지됩니다.
