Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KORKERS ("Company") and users regarding the use of the Korean language learning application Korkers ("Service"). By installing or using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

The Service is a Korean language learning application that provides educational and interactive content including:

• Korean language learning materials
• Game-based learning activities such as pronunciation, typing, and quizzes
• Learning progress tracking
• Other services determined by the Company

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance, technical improvements, or operational reasons.

3. Service Usage

The Service can be used immediately after installation without any account registration or login (guest mode).
The Service additionally offers optional social login (Google / Apple), which allows users to synchronize their learning data across multiple devices. Use of social login is entirely optional.
Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3-1. Account Login (Optional)

• Social login is provided through Google and Apple for the purpose of sharing the same user data across multiple devices.
• One device may be linked to one account. To link a different account, the existing account must first be unlinked.
• Users may unlink their social account at any time from the account settings within the app. Guest use remains available after unlinking.

4. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Distributing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violating intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Attempting to reverse engineer or manipulate the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, design, software, audio, and learning materials, is owned by the Company or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Service Availability

The Company strives to provide stable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Service interruptions may occur due to system maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, technical issues, or user misuse of the Service except where required by applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be announced within the application or through other appropriate channels.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 KORKERS(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 한국어 학습 애플리케이션 코커스(Korkers)(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스 이용)

본 서비스는 회원가입 없이 설치 후 즉시 이용할 수 있는 비회원(게스트) 기반 서비스입니다.
아울러 서비스는 여러 기기에서 동일한 학습 데이터를 공유할 수 있도록 선택적 소셜 로그인(구글/애플)을 제공하며, 소셜 로그인 이용은 전적으로 선택 사항입니다.
이용자가 앱을 설치하고 이용하는 경우 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

제2조의2 (계정 로그인 - 선택)

• 소셜 로그인은 여러 기기에서 동일한 이용자 데이터를 공유할 목적으로 구글 및 애플을 통해 제공됩니다.
• 하나의 기기는 하나의 계정에 연결됩니다. 다른 계정으로 연결하려면 기존 계정 연결을 먼저 해제해야 합니다.
• 이용자는 앱 내 계정 설정에서 언제든지 소셜 계정 연결을 해제할 수 있으며, 연결 해제 후에도 게스트 상태로 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (서비스의 제공)

회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

• 한국어 학습 콘텐츠 제공
• 발음, 타자, 퀴즈 등 게임형 학습 기능
• 학습 기록 및 성취도 관리
• 기타 회사가 정하는 부가 서비스

회사는 서비스 개선 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 불법적이거나 부적절한 콘텐츠를 게시하거나 전파하는 행위
• 회사 또는 제3자의 지식재산권을 침해하는 행위
• 서비스 시스템을 해킹하거나 변조하려는 행위

제5조 (지식재산권)

서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 디자인, 코드 등)의 저작권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제, 배포, 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

제6조 (서비스 제공의 제한)

회사는 다음과 같은 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.

• 시스템 점검 또는 유지보수
• 네트워크 장애
• 천재지변 등 불가항력적인 사유

제7조 (책임의 제한)

회사는 서비스 제공과 관련하여 법령에서 정한 경우를 제외하고 다음 사항에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

• 서비스 중단 또는 장애로 인한 손해
• 이용자의 귀책사유로 발생한 손해

제8조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며 변경 내용은 앱 내 공지 등을 통해 안내합니다.

제9조 (준거법)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 합니다.
